Our practice areas serve companies across a wide spectrum of positions. These areas include but are not limited to Project Management, Estimating, Superintendents, Directors, Doctors, Accountants, Financial Managers etc. We work nationally in the largest metropolitan areas with the goal of partnering with a few exclusive clients, to help them build their companies.

Executive Search

Since 1967 The Birmingham Group has been involved in building their clients' senior management teams as well as their sales, marketing and field operations groups.

Unlike some of our competition, The Birmingham Group philosophy is to embrace the challenge of building teams at the entry to mid-level management ranks in addition to filling senior management posts. Our goal is to partner with a few clients and recruit vertically in the organization, thus becoming ingrained with their corporate culture.
